We are glad to offer you a beautiful wristwatch made on a base of the original Louis-Ulysse Chopard dated from the 1900s. This pocket watch was modified into a wristwatch nowadays.
CASE: Original open face 0.800 solid silver case has two back covers. The inner back cover is marked: L.U.C., Ancre Ligne Droite, Levees Visibles, Balancier Coupe, 15 Rubis, 2 Plateaux Spiral Breguet. The diameter is 51 mm, 15 mm thick.
DIAL: New handcrafted silver dial is signed: L.U.C. The diameter is 43 mm.
MOVEMENT: Manual winding. The mechanism is signed: L.U.C.
In order to move the hands, it is required to keep the button over the crown pressed while twisting the crown.
The watch is in working condition. The accuracy is +/- 5 min a day.
This is a marriage watch. Vintage Louis-Ulysse Chopard pocket watch was adapted to a wristwatch in order to give the movement a "second durable life".
