SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We offer worldwide shipping.

 

SHIPPING TIMES

International orders can take up to 30 business days to be delivered via Regular Registered Air Mail. The order is dispatched within 2 business days. Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

 

SHIPPING COST

The Shipping Cost is $45.

If you are planning on purchasing more than 1 piece, please contact us directly to discuss the combined shipping option.

 

PAYMENTS

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout. We accept secure payments for international customers via PayPal Express Checkout.

Note that additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than US dollars.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 14-days Return.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund on return or free repair.

 

TIMING

We have a 14-days Return Policy, since the day item was received. For returns, please email support@thetimelesswatches.net with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return. Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations. Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.

When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund. If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

 

ORDERS PLACEMENT

Simply add an item to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout".

Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method - we will ship your package within 2 business days.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES

International taxes might be applied depending on your country's taxes policy. Any import duties, taxes and other charges are NOT included in the item price and are buyer's responsibility.

 

DAMAGE

Our product is very delicate and it can be damaged (e.g. the watch might start losing time) during transportation. If you received your order damaged, please contact us. The Timeless Watches can offer you a free repair.
