SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
The Timeless Watches ships to all countries where shipping is enabled in our system. If you can place an order on our website, this confirms that shipping to your country is supported.
SHIPPING TIMES
Orders are typically dispatched within five (5) working days from the date of order confirmation.
All orders are shipped no later than thirty (30) days from the order confirmation date.

TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order is dispatched, The Timeless Watches will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
All taxes, duties, and customs charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer, as detailed in our Terms and Conditions (Art. 6.3).
These charges are determined by your destination country and are payable upon receipt of your shipment.
DELIVERY ISSUES
If delivery is impossible due to incorrect information or refusal to pay customs charges, the shipment will be held at your risk and expense for up to six (6) months.
After six months, ownership of the product will transfer to The Timeless Watches without a refund.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS

EXCHANGE POLICY
If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund on return or free repair.
