What is the return policy?

As your 100% satisfaction is important for us we offer a 14-days Return. To complete your return, please email info@thetimelesswatches.net with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on where to send returned goods.The refund is processed right after the product is returned to us. Click here to initiate a return.

How long does it take to process a refund?

We will reimburse you for returned items in the same way you paid for them. For example, any amounts deducted from a gift card will be credited back to a gift card. For returns by mail, once we receive your return, we will process it within 4–5 business days. It may take up to 7 days after we process the return to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing time.

What is the policy for late/non-delivery of items ordered online?

Our local teams work diligently to make sure that your order arrives on time, within our normaldelivery hours of 9AM to 8PM in the recipient's time zone. During busy holiday periods like Christmas, Valentine's and Mother's Day, we may extend our delivery hours before 9AM and after 8PM to ensure that all gifts are delivered on time. If for any reason your gift does not arrive on time, our dedicated Customer Service agents will do everything they can to help successfully resolve your issue. When will my credit card be charged?

We'll attempt to securely charge your credit card at the point of purchase online. If there's a problem, you'll be notified on the spot and prompted to use another card. What makes this watch special: This outstanding timepiece has been carefully crafted from a vintage Auguste Saltzman pocket watch movement.

A high-quality CASE is new and was specially crafted by our team of watchmakers & jewelers. The original enamel DIAL is in mint condition.

The uniqueness and appeal of this timepiece lie in its winding mechanism and its use of a special key for setting the time. The key is included.

The wristwatch is in fully working condition. The accuracy may vary +/- 5 mins a day, which is considered a norm for a caliber of this age. The movement was repaired and serviced. To move the hands and wind up the watch it is required to twist off the back cover and use the given key to set the time (in the middle) & wind up the watch (see photos).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

DELIVERY ISSUES

If delivery is impossible due to incorrect information or refusal to pay customs charges, the shipment will be held at your risk and expense for up to six (6) months. After six months, ownership of the product will transfer to The Timeless Watches without a refund.

The manually wound, antique, pocket watch movement inside this watch has been meticulously restored to as close to original condition as possible.

Timeless Watches has an exclusive group of highly experienced watchmakers that specialize in vintage watches.

Before its use in a wristwatch, each movement is completely disassembled, cleaned, oiled, and calibrated.

Each finished watch is tested for at least a week before completion.
