What is the return policy?

As your 100% satisfaction is important for us we offer a 14-days Return. To complete your return, please email info@thetimelesswatches.net with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on where to send returned goods.The refund is processed right after the product is returned to us. Click here to initiate a return.

How long does it take to process a refund?

We will reimburse you for returned items in the same way you paid for them. For example, any amounts deducted from a gift card will be credited back to a gift card. For returns by mail, once we receive your return, we will process it within 4–5 business days. It may take up to 7 days after we process the return to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing time.

What is the policy for late/non-delivery of items ordered online?

Our local teams work diligently to make sure that your order arrives on time, within our normaldelivery hours of 9AM to 8PM in the recipient's time zone. During busy holiday periods like Christmas, Valentine's and Mother's Day, we may extend our delivery hours before 9AM and after 8PM to ensure that all gifts are delivered on time. This exceptional mechanical wristwatch boasts a vintage movement, originally from the ULYSSE NARDIN pocket watch.

Our team of skilled watchmakers and jewelers has carefully designed a high-quality CASE, which perfectly complements the vintage style of the movement and dial.

We were fortunate enough to acquire the movement with its original enamel DIAL, which is in excellent condition. Its presence adds to the watch's unique character and enhances its timeless appeal.

Rest assured, this wristwatch is in fully working condition, having been meticulously repaired and serviced. While the accuracy may vary +/- 5 mins a day, it is considered normal for a caliber of this age.

DELIVERY ISSUES

The manually wound, antique, pocket watch movement inside this watch has been meticulously restored to as close to original condition as possible.

Timeless Watches has an exclusive group of highly experienced watchmakers that specialize in vintage watches.

Before its use in a wristwatch, each movement is completely disassembled, cleaned, oiled, and calibrated.

Each finished watch is tested for at least a week before completion.
